Bluehost India — Web Hosting services and refund

I bought a hosting services from Bluehost India on 20 Jan 2023. There started all my problems. Firstly, the WP domain took more than 8 hours to become active. Secondly several time Publishing a page was incomplete due to cache issue. Then come the Monster! Bluehost.in was not accepting my login credentials. I changed my passkey through the portal still the problems existed, Then came the chatterbox CCE who was teaching me about the difference of Bluehost.com and .in! How the hell I changed my password and got validation email ID if I was on Bluehost.com instead of .in! This made him pissed off. I raised a request for the cancellation which they are hesitating to process under several excuses. I got a TSA call on 23 Jan 7 PM with a confirmation of the cancellation request. Still my account is live and so the website. No email received from their end with the details of process or refund. Now they are asking for another 48 hours to check with the support team.
