Bluelady.in — fraud company sent me small pieces of torn cloth instead of designer gown

I have bought Designer Gown 04 Nos. from this website on COD payment. I have received parcel and paid CASH Rs.2695/- to Delhivery courier person. I have opened the parcel and found small pieces of torn cloths. This is 100% Fraud company website: www.bluelady.in I have call to Bluelady website but there is no reply. The address mention on parcel is 75, Ayodhya, Gujarat 100% is fake address. There is no any place in Gujarat.

I have registered my complaint to Government Consumer protection agency My Complaint No.1078728 and 1078579

I have complaint to Delivery courier, complaint No.1657969

There is a big scam to trap many customers all over India.

Please take serious action against this company otherwise many victims of innocent customers trapped in the fraud.
