I had ordered products from amazon which show as delivery attempted and they just lie about it and the contact info provided on Amazon doesnt work. The delivery attempt was never made and product never delivered. None of their numbers work and no order # or OTP or phone numbers works on their website to track....

Since August 14th, the app keeps displaying the message that " The agent will pickup the item Today". The mobile number of the agent for pickup was shared but there was no response for the calls made to the given number.

The subject shipment was picked up from Pune on 26th May 2026; however, it has still not been connected to the destination network as of today.
I have been continuously following up with the concerned pickup team and was informed that the delay is due to congestion at the Pune branch. The pickup team attempted to contact the Pune branch multiple times, but their calls were either disconnected or they were provided with incorrect updates....
