Delivery agents dont even try to deliver the package and reschedule the delivery date according to their suitability.

My package was supposed be be delivered today dated 13/12/2025, but yesterday dated 12/12/2025 I received a text message from delhivery that my package is out for delivery and will arrive by evening. I waited for the delivery but no one came. Then I received a message saying that my delivery date has been rescheduled for 13/12/2025 by me. The delivery guy told I will do the packing myself and add in the box
and then he left
I took photo of parcel and then after he left I tried calling him but he is not picking up my call
also he is rejecting my calls

also the tracking shows out for pickup whereas he has already taken my parcel...

Delivery not attempted but message sent as parcel returned as consignee not available

Delivery was not attempted for above consignment. Message was sent on 26/11 that delivery executive is out for delivery. When contacted him, he said he has not carrying my parcel as he is catering for other area.
Again o 27/11, Message was sent that delivery executive is out for delivery. When contacted him, he said he has not carrying my parcel as he is catering for other area.

Staff rude and abusive and order cancelled by staff

Order #[protected] attempted today was cancelled by your staff after he was rude and abusive on call since he was unable to find the exact floor in the building mentioned in the address. As a woman on the call I felt threatened by his language and tone since he used demeaning and inappropriate language. Please take action on the delivery person and let me know.

Self-Cancellation of Order by staff

This complaint is regarding the extremely unprofessional and ill-mannered behaviour of the staff engaged in work at Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. Chailchowk. Cancellation of Portronics Multicolor LCD Writing Pad without any intimation.
