I don't see that the shipment AWB #[protected] is anywhere near the destination, yet the delivery date has now been changed from 18th May to 21nd May. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper update or movement toward delivery. This delay is unacceptable, especially when the order was expected to be deliver today. My shipment has been stuck at the Kuttiyadi Delhivery center since Tuesday and has still not been delivered.

I contacted customer support multiple times and was repeatedly informed that the delivery partner is on leave. This same reason has been given continuously, and no alternate delivery arrangement or proper update has been provided.

I am writing to inform you that the service provided by Delhivery is very pathetic. Every time I get a package from Delhivery it's a headache. I have had issues in the past with their service and this time it's no different hence i am writing to you.

One of my packages that i was receiving from Amazon arrived at the Delhivery facility in my locality on 8th Jan yet they did not deliver the package and waited till 13th to change...

My package was supposed be be delivered today dated 13/12/2025, but yesterday dated 12/12/2025 I received a text message from delhivery that my package is out for delivery and will arrive by evening. I waited for the delivery but no one came. Then I received a message saying that my delivery date has been rescheduled for 13/12/2025 by me. Delivery was not attempted for above consignment. Message was sent on 26/11 that delivery executive is out for delivery. When contacted him, he said he has not carrying my parcel as he is catering for other area.

Order #[protected] attempted today was cancelled by your staff after he was rude and abusive on call since he was unable to find the exact floor in the building mentioned in the address. As a woman on the call I felt threatened by his language and tone since he used demeaning and inappropriate language. Please take action on the delivery person and let me know.

This complaint is regarding the extremely unprofessional and ill-mannered behaviour of the staff engaged in work at Delhivery Pvt. Ltd. Chailchowk. The staff has self-cancelled the order NYK[protected] despite repeated requests to deliver it at the address mentioned on the order.
