I have ordered a diamond earring from bluestone. Com. I have refused to accept it and returned it because I got a better price. It was a prepaid order and the order was returned on 30 march. Every day i am calling bluestone but there was no response from their side. Nobody gives information about the product and i am worried that I lost my money. I am disappointed and never gonna buy from any online website for jewellery. I want the refund asap and the customer service team is worst. I thought they're responsible.i have attached the copy of my courier service too
