Bluestone — Issue in quality of product

I have purchased a solitaire from Bluestone sec 14 Gurgaon .. within couple of month I had faced quality issue which I have raised to the team and asked for three refund to which they said pls allow us one more chance we will get the quality checked and provide you the best product and in case u face the same issue we will refund the whole money . It’s not an year I am facing the same issue but now they are denying the refund stating the value of solitaire is deprecate by 1 lac so we will not be able to refund amount. At the time of selling product they say the value of solitaire will always increase we give best quality product but at the time of resolving the issue or giving the product back the value gets depreciated and that too by 1 lac .. loos of 1 lac in less than an year . This is feeling like cheated by such a big brand . I am going to lodge a complain in consumer forum and the reality of these big brand shall come out
