I had purchase one pendant from bluestone before two years.
I raised request for buyback. Same was picked up by blue stone on 6th november 2019 and the amount was credited in my bluestone account as blue cash.
As per the procedure i raised the request to transfer the amount from bluecash account to my bank account by providing the ifsc code and bank account number.
The bluestone executive said that the amount would be deposited in bank account within 5-6 days. But even after 20 days the amount has not been deposited in my account.
When contacted to customer care their representative asked me to provide my bank statement.
When i denied to provide the bank statement and asked them to check with transaction i'd the representative asked me to wait for 2days. Even after 2 days the amount is still pending.
