Blueswift — Damaged Product Delivered

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customized pendant that I received from your company. When the pendant arrived, I was excited to see the design that I had created. However, upon opening the package, I discovered that the pendant was damaged.

The pendant had a broken chain, and the chain that came with it was low quality. The damage was evident, and it was clear that the product was not in good condition. I am extremely disappointed.

I would like to request a replacement or a refund for the product as soon as possible. I expect that the product I receive should be in good condition, as advertised.
