I have bought a customized necklace from blueswift with order id BST88019, on 5th feb. They promise that the delivery will be done in 8 to 10 days, from the date of order. Till now the order is not delivered. This is extremely frustrating. Never experienced such a worst service from any of the online shopping site. No one answers their customer care number and on WhatsApp chat as well. They simply are not bothered whether the customers are...

They have not delivered the product yet, after complaining they have stop taking calls, nor replying to the messages sent and also no refund provided.. it's our hard earned money and the order was a gift.. after checking through the tracking I'd, I see that they are updating false statement as cx asked to deliver later although there was no attempt made to call.. please take action accordingly as they are scamsters..

I have ordered a named necklace from blueswift the order id is #BST6196021 I have ordered it on 27th June 2023. After 1 day in the morning I was just checking whether the order is dispatched then I saw that the order is cancelled so I was trying to contact blueswift but they didn't respond I have sent a lot of mail still they haven't responded. Later on I haven't received any kind of refund from blueswift and I don't know the reason why my order got cancelled.

I placed two orders from Blueswift, order no. BST6053921 and BST6054021 which has not been delivered 15 days passed now, and order id disappeared from their website, hence unable to know its current status. Despite numerous calls and email not a single response received from them.

Requesting a refund as soon as possible. As there is no trust left with the company.

Blue Swift failed to deliver my item which is a name pendant.

TILL 10 days they didn't send me any update even lots of call mails .. They didn't reply at all... On 30th Aug they send me msg that my order is delivered .. When I check that AWB number on website i found product is going to mumbai but i order for delhi .. Means they give me fake or someone else's AWB number ... How can I complait this site and also the guys behind this...

I had ordered a chain for my gf. But blueswift people are not even answering my calls and no one is bothered to here. I am still waiting for my order to be collected.

Check our reviews on our Instagram id @blueswift.in and our delivery time period is approximately between 12-15 working days. As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive an SMS with your tracking ID....

I m requesting consumer complaint forum to take strict action against them

I had ordered a necklace for my daughter on March 12th worth Rs 499 on Blueswift.com. The money has got deducted from my account, I confirmed this with my bank. My order has not been placed also. Customer care service is not picking the call and not replying to mails.

Order has been made at 13March. It's been 10+ days, no response is there. The product is being in manufacturing stage from day 1 till now.

Till now it is showing as your order is pending. No one seems to be answering the phones or replying to the emails & I have not received the product to date.
Seems to be a fraudulent company. Please do not place an order with them.
It is fraud company, I wasted my money simply.
