Blueswift — My order ID BST88019 is not delivered and lying with Ekart in their Hub

I have bought a customized necklace from blueswift with order id BST88019, on 5th feb. They promise that the delivery will be done in 8 to 10 days, from the date of order. Till now the order is not delivered. This is extremely frustrating. Never experienced such a worst service from any of the online shopping site. No one answers their customer care number and on WhatsApp chat as well. They simply are not bothered whether the customers are receiving product or not. I have tried calling them multiple times, since one week. Their delivery partner Ekart is not delivering the order and it's still lying at the hub. I am totally helpless with this situation. I shall never advise anyone to shop from Blueswift. Please help in this issue, as I have already paid the amount at the time of making order.
