This is to bring to your notice that, the above said construction company has made a deal of two flats in their cedar block (D304 and d403) of bm magnolia project situated in whitefield, bangalore. After around 6 months of making the deal the company asked for a higher price which was more than the deal amount, bluntly telling that they cant give at the deal price and i will have to pay more then the agreed amount now although the deal was...

BM Developers — bm developers - bm magnolia not delivered the project and false promises and cheating

Bm developers have started "bm magnolia" project few years back and i have purchased a flat in the same project in the month of jun-2017 and possession date was sept-2018 but they have failed to deliver my flat as per agreement. When question about the same they are not responding and behaving very rudely.
They are also not providing the compensation as promised.
Please help to resolve our issue.

BM Developers — bm magnolia park project not delivering on time not providing compensation

They have everytime changing possession date, 3 to 4 months the project condition is same. They are not providing the compensation amount also now. My possession date was aug 2018 till they are extending possession date. We need compensation as soon as possible. This builder naresh kishore is worst guies always telling some story we do not have found bla bla....
