BM Glorietta is built by encroaching the nala. Actually there are 2 nala's passing through the apartment as per revenue map. However, you can see only one. They haven't followed any rules.

Current owners are big cheaters. They are taking token advance and cheating when I ask the refund after nala encroachment

This is to bring to your notice that, the above said construction company has made a deal of two flats in their cedar block (D304 and d403) of bm magnolia project situated in whitefield, bangalore. After around 6 months of making the deal the company asked for a higher price which was more than the deal amount, bluntly telling that they cant give at the deal price and i will have to pay more then the agreed amount now although the deal was already done. As a result this was totally unacceptable to me and i told them to refund my booking amount of inr 2 lakh which was for two flats in same property. Its been around 2 months now and even after regular followup they are yet to refund my money. This is a consumer harassment of highest level in terms both mentally and physically.
Request you to take this matter on high priority and help get my money back.

Bm developers have started "bm magnolia" project few years back and i have purchased a flat in the same project in the month of jun-2017 and possession date was sept-2018 but they have failed to deliver my flat as per agreement. When question about the same they are not responding and behaving very rudely.
They are also not providing the compensation as promised.
Please help to resolve our issue.
Builder names are "kishore, naresh, suresh naidu, gajendra", their behavior is worst and non-responsive.

They have everytime changing possession date, 3 to 4 months the project condition is same. They are not providing the compensation amount also now. My possession date was aug 2018 till they are extending possession date. We need compensation as soon as possible. This builder naresh kishore is worst guies always telling some story we do not have found bla bla.

I bought a flat with all my hard earned money in great bm glorietta, borewell road, whitefield in 2012. Till now i have not received my bed room keys. Its the builders mercy that i got only main door key. Water is seeping all the time in the roof of the flat. One bedroom door is so loose, its never able to be locked from inside. So many small small issues are there, we are tired of following up with the super builder who has already ran away and escaped from all the issues. Not only my flat, hundreds of flats are there having visibly concerns. There are so many diversions in the building and so many loopholes in the common areas. I am not sure how come bbmp approved everything whom we trust so much and paying property tax every year no matter how we are staying here.

No idea who took bribe for the project and no penalty / no action against these people.

There sre total 300 flats. Builder initially told to construct for 200 flats on 2012. On 2013 they change it to 300 flats without notice to old buyer.
From last days no electric supply, all the electric wiring burn out. But builder is not coming to site. They are not worry about all these. No water, no power lifts also not working. Builder is saying they will not provide oc and cc.
With out any information they construct duplex house on the top floor with out any notice to flat owner.
All the flat owners life are in toss now a days. All the electric wire are no in proper position.
We want some help to save all these flats owners life.

Please do not buy flats/apartments at any of BM Developer properties/ventures. They cheat you into buying an apartment stating they would get all approvals and documentation and finally at the time of handover they make all kinds of deviation to property and they never get an OC. BBMP is also useless as they let such 3rd grade builders go ahead and complete the venture.

People to be careful are Rajdeep & Lokesh...

BM Developers is worst builder, very bad reputation. always buys litigated lands and sells to innocent buyers at cheap prices and dosent even offer the amenities promised. Never buy from this builder, Bm Developers is a cruel builder, , they actually are hooligans and demand payment, even if respective floor not completed and do not deliver the project on time. My dear Friends /brother and sister .My sincere advise, please do not fall in to trap with these builders, even if you spend 5 to 10lacs more go with reputed builder, below are the points how to trap and cheatinnocent common people like us 1.Initally when they start marketing they sayevery thing is approved by BBMP and show the approval letter everything, butwhen they start constructing they will deviate to maximum extent and they willnot even inform us .They will not leave the correct set backs as per theapproval by BBMP.They will just say that they are constructing only one floorwhich is not is plan .

2.Just before the basic amenities(water, power, lift) arecompleted they will force to register the property. If you have taken loan

of our reviewersrecommend us then for registration bank would release the entire amount tobuilder .Once you have paid entire amount then you are under their control andyou need to follow up like a hell with these guys to complete the left outwork.

3. Construction quality is vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv poor, theypromise Branded fitting in bathroom and fix local one at the time ofcompletion, again you need to follow up like anything.

4. They will not perform proper putty work on wall and itwill look like a sea wave on which you surf:P

5. Builders will hold two car park each and give us some small car parking, in that you have to park your car and also your two whleers, but for buildersthey will have two or more car parks and they will comfortably park their SUVSand two wheelers .

6. Initally when the projects start they will be using smallcars but once project come to completion they will come in BMWS /FORTURER ANDexpensive cars which has taken by cheating us.

7. Last but not least .there will not be nay occupancy certificate(OC) and completion certificate (CC) provided by BBMP as they have deviated tomaximum extent and ALSO WE WILL NOT A-KATHA, if you call them and request themto help in get A-KATHA builders will never help and you are left in between.Legally it is illegal to stay in apartment where there no OC and CC.

Even after paying all our hard earned money we need to stayin illegal property. Hence my sincere request is please do not fall in to suchtraps .

I had booked apartment in BM homes, thubarhalli on Jan 2013. As per agreement the delivery date was on Nov 2013, but its almost six months grace period and still there are no signs of completion till now.And also the builder has cheated on various materials like cheap branded zealtop tiles instead of kajaria tiles for floors, cheap brand surya lift instead of johnson lift as per agreement mentioned.In agreement they had promised swimming pool but later they cancelled that too.Also cheap paint quality and fittings.You can observe cracks in roofs and walls in all apartments in BM homes and water leakage.

Requesting you all please never book any apartment from BM developers, its better to go to some standard developer even if cost is bit high than wasting your hard earned money on some cheap apartment.You can check with any of the residents in BM homes and no one will ever give positive feedback review.I can upload photos for proof or you can visit the apartment to check the quality for yourself

B M Developer / BM Infra Builder is encroaching the plot and making Illegal construction. Please BEWARE. Complaint regarding illegal interference in respect of sites no D-111, 112 & 113

BM Developer / BM Infra Builder / GSA Builder, Who are trying to interfere with peaceful possession of the vacant sites Nos D- 111,112&113 in Victorian view, Nallurahalli village, k r Puram hobli, Bangalore totally measuring. It may be relevant to state here that most of the sites in Victorian view are owned by NRIs thus the said persons taking advantage of the said status of domicile are indulging illegal activities including Fabricating and creating documents and records only to defeat the rights of the site owners. Thus this compliant to you, requesting your kind self to take all and necessary action Against the said persons and all persons concerned and acting for, or under the said persons and bring the culprits to books in accordance to law.

This is to inform you that the site owners of the Victorian View are constrained to approach the jurisdictional court for protection and protective order in respect of the property owned by them in Victorian View (a gated community). The owners were constrained as they failed to convince you to take action against all persons concerned, be that as it may.

This is to inform you that in spite of the complaint referred above you have failed to take action against all persons concerned therefore I was constrained to approach the jurisdictional court for protection and protective order in respect of my property. The Hon'ble court having heard the case has granted the interim order the copy of which is enclosed herewith.

Interim order in OS 1667 of 2012 by the Hon'ble Jr Civil Judge Court in favour of the undersigned.

In the circumstances it is requested your kind self to aid & honour the order of the Hon'ble court and effectively implement the order of protection passed by the Hon'ble court.

I am not aware of BM Developers quality and other stuff.

Hi All,

We are planning to take " BM Florenza " from BM Developers close to kundalahalli Gate.

Venture Location :-
This venture is 800 meters from Kundalahalli Gate (4 road junction) , It is called Shiridi sai Nagar . The venture is opposite to " Pavani Shresta " .

Venture Completion date is told as August 2013 .

Name of the builders : BALAJI NAIDU and NAGABUSHNAM

Recently they have completed couple of venture behind this upcoming venture BM Florenza (Saravor and Manas - (Completed)) . The Quality seems to be fine,I personally spoke to few people who had occupied (Sarovar and Manas) I got positive feedback from them till today, However we have to be cautious as we are making big investment in life.

So Guys If any one of you have any valid complaints or feedback , Kindly share it .
Valid information will be very helpful and will save the people from facing issues . You inputs will save us and let us take corrective actions.

This is about my friends bad experience with sai purvi developers alias Bm developers. This cheat builder quotes 400-600rs lessthan the market price.This is the trap. They offer more space and the flat looks great on the brocuchre. Their way of making profit is providing cheap fittings(duplicate jaguar etc) and third class looking paint colours and doors.
