I had given my hyundai venue to the BM hyundai service center at sahastradhara road, dehradun, on 10th July at 10 am. When I came back at 1pm to pick up the car I found it not cleaned properly. There were dried water marks on the windows and the all over the body. On closer inspection we found it was dirty inside also. On the door sills, window lining and under headrests for the back seat.
There was even a mud mark inside the trunk clearly indicating it hadn't even been opened.
I had to get it cleaned again infront of me spending 2:30 hours more until 3:30pm when the car was finally clean. Was this information helpful? |
