Bm Hyundai Dehradun Complaints & Reviews

A BM Hyundai Dehradun official took advance money amount of approximately 2.5 lacs from my dad telling him that he would get his car next day. And in the evening he informs that our car is delayed for a month. This is a scam by BM Hyundai Dehradun sales personnel by taking advance money from the customer and then informing them that there car is delayed....

I had given my hyundai venue to the BM hyundai service center at sahastradhara road, dehradun, on 10th July at 10 am. When I came back at 1pm to pick up the car I found it not cleaned properly. There were dried water marks on the windows and the all over the body. On closer inspection we found it was dirty inside also. On the door sills, window lining and under headrests for the back seat.
There was even a mud mark inside the trunk...

I purchased a xcent car from bm hyundai dehradun so firstly the company gave me the car or private basis thought it was supposed to be on commercial basis and they were suppose to give me taxi car fitness for 2 years but they giving only for one year and they are saying that it's your problem and you should only deal with it... So its its my request plz help me....

My car grand i 10 service time. I have not satisfied with your service. There is many reasons. .
1_ not satisfactory.
2_ no part availability.
3_ not fixing complete accessories.
4_making customers foolish.
5_tell us lies mostly time. ....
