BMA Wealth Creator — debiting account without any mail or messages

We are sending repeated mail to compliance officer mr sushant but there is no reply from his side.
01. Unauthorise debit from family accounts
02. Brokerage received is confirmed by sms but when we see the account there is nothing as if someone is debiting from back end.
03. On purchase we do not receive any statement giving details of buy rate, brokerage rate, gst charged etc.
