Dear sir (S),
I have opened the bma wealth creator account, my id being 96440039 through an employee/agent named pawan kumar kashyap. I used to trade myself online, and had clear instruction not to trade or make any transactions on my account unless and until i specifically authorise him to do so. This was told to him on 10.09.2018 also and on that condition i deposited rs.50000/= in my bma account. However, on the the very next dayi. E on 11.09.2018, he made 3 (Three) trades in commodity sector with out my consent (One trade still open at this time 10.20 pm today). Neither i was informed about such transactions through mail nor did i receive any texts. This has resulted in losses to the tune of rs.20, 000/= and losses further continuing. The agent appears to be reluctant to resolve this problem.
I would therefore like to draw to attention to resolve my issue, or i will have no other option but to take appropriate legal actions against your company.
