BMC — Cleaning Issues

I am From Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. This issue is a serious issue for our health. One of our neighbours has thrown their garbage in front of our House. It's the 4Th day since it's been their. Many of our neighbour has talked to them with this issue but there was no progress to this issue. Now, Insects are flying over it. I humbly request to please clean this garbage.
