M west Licence+Non License Structure Removal Shell Colony Chembur BMC

Dear Sr Inspector (Licence) and Sr Inspector ( Enchroachment), M west ward Mumbai 400071

See more than 2-3 shed /box stall structures have comeup since 2023 onwards near station and in Sahakar Nagar and Shell Colony on road and on foothpath, near nullah/gutter and station making it difficult for citizens and pedestrians to walk.

This colony has been No Hawking zone area ( within 150 mtr and beyond 150 mtrs)...

Marriage Registration

How can a Civic body not Update their website with proper accurate contact email address/ It is a public dis-service. I emailed the following requesting an OC copy as per their website for citizen services . All emails bounced back. Who is their website developer? how much money was paid from tax payer's money? Garbage Truck

The garbage truck alloted to each locality doesn't come regularly to collect the garbage. Even after many approaches to the driver for a regular visit, the truck is high irregular cum absent.

Removal of death body of Street dog

This is to bring to your notice that a street dog died and it is lying on road no -2, Thyagaraya Nagar, opp.Dr.A.S.Rao Nagar, hyderabad, telangana 500062. I request you to kindly arrange immediate pick up of the corpse of the dead animal. Soon the body may start smelling and it may affect the children coming out of the nearby "global edge" school....

Monkey menace in Ghatkopar west

We live in Wadhwa The adress, opp r city mall, ghatkopar west. Its been regular scene where few monkey has spread horror in our society. They barge in our kitchens and houses, take away foods, attacks when opposed, and have scared all o[censored]s. We cannot keep windows open for fresh air. They are huge in size, managed to creak window lock from outside even.

Please do something about it....

Fed Up of Stray Dogs

I Pooja reside in andheri east i m facing stray dogs issue in my locality they bark on every known n unknown person they see they follow as if they are about to bite also they keep on barking in night time ruining everyones sleep they keep on biting each other

Complaint for stray cats in society

This is to inform you that due to 2 - 3 particular resident feeding stray cats many stray cats have made their home in our society. The number of cats are increasing each passing day. Due to this even residents of nearby society are leaving stray cats / dogs in our society and feeding them in our society. Due not only dirties our society and has become more of an stray cats / dogs home.

Hence we need your help in taking away...

Gutter overflow requested bmc unheard---202-212 valliuallah chsl

Gutter overflow chambers broken and nalla blocked complained to bmc 4 to 5 times but not ready to attend.
Overflow gutter water is coming in shops entire shop is with gutter water.In this pandemic bmc officers are not attending to the complaints of the local residents.
Entire society has complained to bmc since past 8 months but not ready to do the job.
Our complaint is with b ward.

Property Tax paid but receipt not generated & showing Unpaid.

I have paid online Property Tax of Rs.24, 718=00 using Bank of Baroda online payment. Rs. 24, 718=00 deducted but Status shows Transaction Failed Auto reversal.
But amount is deducted from my account. Receipt is not generated.

Property Tax Paid , but not reflected in receipt

This is w.r.t. Property Account NO. RC[protected].
I have made online payment of Rs.9504/- for the above account no. on 09/03/2021; the amount is deducted from my Bank Account, but it is not showing in receipt, and as soon as I made the payment, website showed that "Transaction Failed Auto-Reversed". Please look into the matter for resolution as soon as possible....

Water bill paid but not reflected

My BMC water connection number is [protected]@0279345. I had made a payment of Rs. 10, 000/- online on 9/10/20. The said amount got deducted from the payee account but the screen showed ‘internal server error’ after the transaction. The person who made the online payment on my behalf thought since the money is deducted I should ignore the error message and wait for a month or two to see if the payment is reflected in the BMC portal and...

Failed Online payment for Water bill payment but money deducted

Address: Mumbai

I was paying MCGM water bill of amount rs 1, 368/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway SBIepay and then had used my credit card.
The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.
Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.
