BMC Mumbai — Illegal and unnecessary digging of road

Hi Team, I need to make a complaint regarding one the residents of Patel Chawl, Mr. Ayub Patel. Ayub is a ridiculous person whose only intention is to harass people and make use of illegal water supplies. Every now and then he is digging one or the other parts of the road just to satisfy his water requirements. He is adding up illegal water supply connection to his home but digging the entire road side due to which the road condition has been totally ruined. Add: Gate No. 2, Maharashtra Chawl No. 2, Behind Mangal Murti Hospital, Malvani, Malad (West), Mumbai - 400095. Request you to look into the same. Thanks Irfan
