BMC — waste garbage dumped on the footpath

Dear sir/madam,
. There is a lot of waste garbage taken out from the gutter and dumped on main road, resulting in water logging and lot of musquitoes, as a result kids and elders staying are suffering a lot, it' has been kept here since 15 to 20 days but bmc didn't came to respond the same, please do the need full as soon as possible thank you
