BMC — water is not coming from 3 months

In our building shivam palace water has not come from 3 months we had complaint in bmc but no one had taken any action tobsolve our problem resently we knew that our pipe line had been broken by rbk school and they were wasting our water in there school renovation we had fix that not the government and now also water supply is not there please its our request to start watter supply again
