I ordered a saree from snapdeal, the snapdeal sent me a mail that a product you booked is not available, but we are placing a new order for you. After that i received a cod parcel by bmp e group solutions pvt. Ltd worth rupees 309/-. And the product is completely different what i ordered. And the snapdeal app shows the product in shipment. Please help.
