Sir, I ordered an electrobot starter kit but when it is delivered to me and when i saw it was empty.please sir take legal actions on this.

The air bag pressure which was supposed to be an important feature is not working at all. I received this product on 8th April and opened today to find that this is not working. Please fix this issue as there is no option of calling customer care guys. There should be a way of contacting teh customer care and then sort the issue but the customer care number which they provided is of no use. Since this product was delivered on 8th April 2019 and I opened this product today, I cannot return this product. But the product delivered is faulty....

Hi i ordered item no. [ [protected]], placed on 09 jun, 2017 by mistake it placed on wrong delivery address which was already saved.
So i leave a message right after placing the order that pls. Deliver my order on my new address but now when i am tracking my order you are going to deliver it on previous address.
Pls. Deliver it on new address as i mentioned because i don't want to cancel the order and let me know about it.

Snapdeal — return request

I have placed a return request for john's umbrella. But neither the courier guy called me or came to my house to pick it. At the end of the day the status says pickup unsuccessfull. How is that even possible? I think snapdeal is playing some kind of cheap trick. Also their customer service sucks. And there is no option to speak to the executive directly. Kindly resolve my matter at the earliest....

I have orderd shezone blue platform heels but its size didn't fit i selected to replacr the product with bigger size but no one is coming to pick up the product although it is dislpaying that your pickup has been reschelduled this has happened 4 times and the request for replacement is being cancelled on its own. Please act as soon as possible because it is troubling me again and again. Courrer boys are also not picking the call. This has become a hectic...

After 5days I cancelled product but they sent a notification like they shipped the product if delivery comes u refuse the product we will cancel the product refund the amount
I cancelled that product through delivery person
But he updated as delivered the product still I didn't received the product or refund also
I couldn't able to contact u people and I wrote mail but no response kindly check and help me out...

I normally buy from Amazon and flipkart but I thought snapdeal is also a good brand so lets try from snapdeal but have realised have made a wrong decision.

My family has been using davidoff's cool water perfume for years. My sister had ordered 2 100ml perfumes to gift me on my birthday and was disappointed to find duplicates delivered. The bottle color and shape was evidently different. I have attached a picture to explain just the color difference. The bottle evidently has the line to prove that it was reworked on. I purchased 9 bottles of indulekha hair oil and 4 bottles of Indulekha shampoo. Snapdeal offered a 50% discount to lure customers. Upon recieving the product i found all the of them were fake. As 100s of customers have been duped, i could immideately tell by the color of the product, smell and viscocity and the pacakging and after using it that the product is 100% fake.

The invoices are attached.

I placed an order for for mi band 2 strap on 22-feb-2019. The status of the delivery was daily updated as "out for delivery" and then automatically set as "delivery attempt failed". This was done for almost a week. I tried contacting their delivery guy but either the phone was switched off or they didn't answer the call. I had placed one of my order that was to be delivered between 13 to 15th april, but without informing it came to us on 12th, when no one was there to take the delivery. It was rescheduled to get delivered by 13th, but it hasn't yet. Also i'm not able to contact anyone, they aren't receiving the calls. Why are you provided such a bad service!

I didn't get my watch inside the box which courier boy had bought.. I got two box of two watch items but one box was empty now i want my product which i didn't get inside the box immediately i want my ordered product back otherwise this snap deal company have to suffer a lot.. I wl go to supreme court.. You have to give my watch at my home within a day.. I will not let this company survive otherwise as it is giving me too much tensions and i have paid a huge amount for both products but one product was empty inside the box. It's a fraud case.
