I placed an order for Offlimits Tracking Shoes on 4th October 2025 through the Snapdeal app. The product was scheduled for delivery by approx. 13th October 2025, before Diwali. However, I was later informed of an operational delay at the courier’s end and was repeatedly assured by Snapdeal’s customer care team for four consecutive days that the product would be delivered within 24 hours.

After much online search for good 2B pencils, we decided to go with Snapdeal.

The order for the 50 pencils was placed on 7th July and the date of delivery was 12th July. I opted for cash on delivery. As insisted by delivery person who was in a hurry, I paid 400. (image attached) After he had left, on inspecting the package, it was found that the package contained only 1 box of 10 pencils instead of the 50 promised (Image attached)....

Hi received letter and can from few of the snapdeal employee from Kolkata salt lake saying that I have won a prize of 9lacs 40k.

They contacted me thriugh what's app and phone call.

First asked me to deposit 2150 towards tds charge and after that asked me to deposit 9400 towards gst, after paying the GST asked me to pay 28600 towards rbi charge and all on like locality tax, rtgs charge etc.

Today 5th of March 2020, I received an SMS and later A phone call from one of the officials of snapdeal, who sent me his ID proof including the details of his aadhar card through watsapp. I was informed of a prize Money Rs. 12, 60, 000 or a Tata stroma car, for which I was asked to send Rs 6500 as registration fee, when I send this amount I received a phone call from the MD of snapdeal saying my transaction of the prize MO ey is ready but...
