Dear snapdeal team,

As i ordered many products along with Automatic Toothpaste Dispenser And Toothbrush Holder dated 07 Jan 2018. I received all items and found in same quality as they were shown in portal expect to Automatic Toothpaste Dispenser And Toothbrush Holder. This product is very poor in quality that is why i returned it and requested for refund.

In your portal for requesting the refund, there is no option of selecting "Poor Quality" that is why i selected defect in item option. Today i got your mail of returning the same product then i sent a mail in reply...

Placed an order with snapdeal under order no: [protected] & got that delivered on 17th jan as an empty packet. Raised a complaint on the same day but haven't got any call till now. Dont know what they are going to do on this. I am expecting a resolution but these people are not even bothered. This is the first time i have ordered something for my mother & i got everything except product. Please whosoever is reading this do not buy anything from snapdeal. They take the money in advance & do not deliver the product & when u ask for help they do not even pay attention....

I can't even reschedule it neither able to contact customer care.
The status is showing pick up failed. But no one has contacted me yet for the pickup. I have emailed to the customer care of Snapdeal but they are not replying.
Moreover the boots are not even of my size....

Dear sir / madam,

I received 15 lit american micronic geyser against order no. [protected] ordered in damaged condition on 16.01.18. As per company policy of easy return i have filed the refund request immediately against reference no. 45605578 on 16.01.18 evening.

Next day on 17.01.18 engineer visits and certifies that the said geyser received in damaged condition.

To my surprise we get an email on 17.01.18 saying that snapdeal do not have pick up arrangement from city like vadodara. Whereas while delivering the goods they do not face any issues related...

"your order has been deleivered" and asking my feed back
Moreover no proper communication channel to raise issue
They are giving false assurance as usual
What should i do?
The behaviour of snapdeal is worst than worst their logistic partner
From past 2 days saying same thing to wait for few hours but problem still persist
Verry annoying, they wasted my precious two days
Plz do something...

I have purchased a nike track pant. It was not a perfect fit so i returned & gave perfect bank details. They said my bank details are not correct. I checked and gave perfect details (My first given details were same and perfect). Some women from snapdeal has called me & asked to give some other bank details as their system could not read my details (Which is their problem actually). Still i have given my another bank details. They told that i will get refund asap. I did not get till now. What should i do? Snapdeal is a big bluff or what??? In dat case il file a case on snapdeal. I'm very disappointed...

I have ordered datawind calling tablet from snapdeal. The item is damaged when i open the item at my home. Battery backup is very very very bad. So i can get the item return. The item delivery date is 10/01/2017. So the return product is at my home. When i open snapdeal app and go to my orders the return orders shows return request registered and after 5 days the order shows same. I was going to jammu on 20 january 2018. I placed an order for 2 x chanel no 5, 1 x chanel coco mademoiselle and 1 x hugo boss red perfumes on the 9th of january 2018. On the 14th of january totaling to rs 7184. The items were purchased in 3 separate orders.

The items were received by me, and were found to be fake, of extremely low quality.

Snapdeal has a 0 returns policy on perfumes, but has a guarantee that the items are genuine. This has proven to be false - the perfumes were but cheap imitations and not genuine. I am unable to return the products due to the 0 returns policy on perfumes, and there is no...

I have ordered an item of nike air max dhoes from my snapdeal account on 10 january 2018 but and pay from meastro sbi debit card. But due wrong side immediately cancelled the item before dispatch. But i did not get my refund of this item yet.

This is very disappointing

I had ordered for an activa 32d60 80cm (32) full hd (Fhd) led television, worth a total of rs. 11, 395.00 (Inclusive of delivery charges of rs 5 and taxes) from snapdeal, through their website https://https://www.snapdeal.com/ on 9th january 2018 using my credit card.

The product was delivered on 12th january 2018, and was ordered without a technician's help as there was extra charges for installation. Upon installation, the product was found defective and hazardous to life as the above said television short-circuited and there was burning smell coming from the back of the television...

I ordered protein with shaker free on 20 dec 2017 and i received it on 26 dec 2017 but there was no shaker in it. So i commanded to return it because replace option was not there. So since 26 december 2017 now its 12 january 2018 and no one is here to pickup my order. Everytime i mail them they reply with the same copy paste mail that we will pickup in 2-3 days. But every other day the return is scheduled and executive is out for pickup but within 15-30 min. It gets failed. I don’t know what to do i am fed up and never going to use snapdeal again in my life...

I've ordered perfume from snapdeal and when i received the product and checked everything was fake not an original product and i requested for return.. They didn't took the request and later on i complained again they only accepted 2 products for return and other 2 perfume they didn't accepted for return and all i've requested for return the time i received the products and checked every single products is fake... I've complaint again for return buh no action again that complain... They are not even replying nor taking any actions... Please do the needful...

I have ordered two books from snapdeal worth rs 486... But as i recived the order i was surprised to see that some old book has been placed in my parcel whose code is less than 100... Even i emailed them and ask them to replace the product but they assured me that they will sort out my problem and will provide my original product means which actually i have ordered within 2days.. But it is 5 th day till date they are neither replying my emails nor have provided my product... I request you to please look into the matter as a student i was in dare need of these books but to trust on snapdeal it was...
