[Resolved] Bmtc — Abusive behavior by bus conductor n not refund the remaining charge

I boarded bus No. 144E around 6.15 pm (which goes to Rose Garden as I wanted to go to Infant Jesus Church) at St. Philomena stop and gave conductor Rs. 20 when he asked for change of Rs. 2 which I told him will give if I find and collect back Rs. 10 as ticket costed Rs. 12 only. When I reached the last stop I asked for my remaining Rs. 8 to refund he started abusing me saying I owe him Rs. 2/- . Conductor was so rude. I really felt hard and told him God will punish for cheating people. How can they digest food when eating others money. They should be shame of such behaviour. Its not matter of Rs. 8, but loyalty matters.

With reference to your complaint this is to inform that, action will be taken against the erring crew, but to identify the particular crew we need vehicle number , date and time of the incident or atleast the photo copy of the ticket to action against that erring crew.
