Bmtc — Forceable ticket purchasement

Travelling from Sapthagiri college of engineering to Jalahalli metro station. Bus number KA01F8651 on 9th June 2023 at 5:01 pm. I travel in the bus for 3 years in the same route and i have a bus pass . The ticket collecter in the bus today forced me to purchase the ticket even though the mentioned address is same according to the ID. He forced me to buy the ticket mentioning some unlogic question telling about the from and to address. He threatened me to buy the tickets or else he will make sure we get down the bus. He was very arrogant to us
