The Concern Authority,
Am traveling daily in this way, since 6 Months i use to travel from soudhamini layout to kothanur(JP Nagar 8th phase. The Bus No. KA-01, FA-482 . He is not stopping the bus in right bus stop, he is misbehaving with women and abusing elderly people, i would request you to take proper action and help the public.
He is rude behavior affecting handicaps, old age people and women Very badly. He scolds in the Bad manner. So i would request you to give him the strong warning.
In future if you’re Recruiting drivers and conductors please check there behaviors and recruit them. Don’t take this kind of people. There are not worth for Society.

Try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. After this Complaint i saw twice he behaving the same. In this bus daily regularly two handicapped females will travel he doing the same thing with them
