[Resolved] Bmtc — Not stopping buses at bus stops

Though there are proper bus stops at malya hospital and near pallavi theatre buses will not give stops and make public inconvenient even bus stops due to traffic they wont open door even if it is empty kindly take action in this regard. And there are no buses at museum road during saturday second half because they change the bus route during those days (i.e via Nrupathunga road we are facing problem during saturdays).

Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] Customer Care's response Dear Sir, With reference to your mail this is to inform that their is no bus stop for Market buses and it is only bus stop of majestic buses, they have to stop in the pallavi theater bus stop without fail. Further if majestic bus does not stop over their, then pl. provide the exact vehicle no to take necessary action against the erring crew for his lapses. BMTC
