Bmtc — Rude behaviour and irrelevant talk with Passengers

Hi Team,
I want to bring to your notice that many of the BMTC drivers and conductors do not answer to our queries in a polite way. They do not know how to talk or behave with women passengers. They pick up irrelevant topics if any query is asked to them. The level of decency they maintain is so horrible. They behave like gundas, rowdis to the passengers. Some people behave like as if they own the bus and everything is under their control. They even behave like as if they have made the rules for the passengers and BMTC will follow accordingly. Here I want to ask 2 basic questions. Do you really take any measure to train the your employees to behave well? Are you even aware of how the drivers are treating the passengers on day to day basis?
We don't want women to experience any cheap behaviour from your drivers or conductors. After all please keep in mind we are not travelling for free.
