Respected Sir,
I had taken route # 500CA (Volvo) from Sarjapur Signal to go to Vydehi Hospital, Whitefield on 16th Jul, 2015 at around 9:30 AM. The ticket price for this journey is Rs. 60/-. As I did not have the change, I gave Rs. 500/-. The lady conductor gave me the tickets and wrote Rs. 440/- at the back of the ticket as the due amount. However, on arriving at the destination she refused to give me the change. As I had urgent work, I had to get down and leave without taking the change.
Later that day, I enquired at the Vydehi BMTC depot as to how can I collect the balance and they informed that I needed to go to Kathriguppe BMTC Bus depot as the conductor was based from that depot.
I went to that depot on 18th Jul, 2015 to enquire about the matter and was informed by the booking clerk that I will need to call the conductor directly and get the matter resolved or else come to the depot early morning before the shift starts and talk to her about this. He gave me the number[protected] to get her mobile number and speak with her. However, there is no response on that number. And now I donot know how to get the money back.
