I am a proud owner of bmw x1. Recently during visit to authorised dealer at moti nagar, new delhi, india i experienced a horrifying and embarrassing behaviour by service manager. The staff behaved unprofessional and wanted to grab money from me. During service i was told to change part price 70, 000 which will be free of cost as vehicle under warranty afterward when i went to collect vehicle after routine check up was told that now i need to pay the amount and they did mistake. Refused to take vehicle had to leave vehicle with refitment of old part. Then what was the need to put new part and then change stance. Very disappointing experience.
