Request support in addressing issues that the service center says are chargeable to the customer

1) Panel on the convertible top - after converting, it leads to tear damages and now the panel has come off. Should be ideally smooth without friction no matter how many times we open/close the roof
2) Auto start off does not work. The car stops even if it has been switched on/off and there are times...
