Respected sir,
I am from district kaithal. My small brother is study in 12th standard in the govt sr sec school siwan. Siwan is a small town which are located in the district kaithal. Due to shortage of staff in G.S.S school any teacher is come in the class. He has no particular teacher for a subject. Today my brother is go for school. A physical education teacher is come in the class and start beat him with stick. He beat very badly. Today my brother's hand is completely swollen. Kindly take again on the teacher.
