The AC was purchased During Nov, 2025, since starting AC was. Being winter season it was not required to operate for long, still during operation it was giving alarm (CH/38) and was not adeqautely cooled. Inititially when complain was lodged, it was learnt that within 3 months to be looked after by the seller, so accordingly it was checked.
Issue was not solved, now in summer season it has become not usefull at all, we request for replacement of the unit.
