Bodyline Sports — not securing consumer identity | |||
So basically bodyline sports is not keeping the customer informations confidential. We got a call regarding the service towards our treadmill. The person claimed him as a service provider of that particular company and he asked us to take the servicing as it was 4-5 yrs we bought the product but didn't go for any servicing. Then these cheater people came to our house claiming themselves as the service providers and took all the parts of treadmills saying all of them are dysfunctional. Then later we never heard from them. The person who was involved in all these never took up our call. It was later when we tried from various other nos. We would hear from him and he would say he would fix the stuffs the same day and the same excuse has been coming fro him since a month and we have not yet received our parts. Now that after 46 days after trying hard to contact the company, i found the contact no.in social media and after calling them, i hear the fact that "these guys had left the job 7 months back'. So, the question here is 'how come this company cannot keep their customer's identity and details confidential? How come the ex-employees are cheating customers by company's name?
