Placed an online order on April 11, 2022 order number TBS-3618. Received email confirming the order as well. But i didnt get any notification after 15 days of placing the order. I contacted the owner through Instagram however she said that it will take 30-40 days for the order to be dispatched. Its been almost 2 months but not received any order or the refund. Please help. Attached photos for reference
