Out of three item delivered only one and no response after that in instagram please dont fall in to this trap...

Placed an online order on April 11, 2022 order number TBS-3618. Received email confirming the order as well. But i didnt get any notification after 15 days of placing the order. I contacted the owner through Instagram however she said that it will take 30-40 days for the order to be dispatched. Its been almost 2 months but not received any order or the refund. Please help.
