Boi Atm — atm failure

Balance deducted from my account but amount not dispensed out of atm amount was 1600, date[protected], Ariadaha BOI atm, receipt not received. I have used my axis bank debit card. My axis account no. is [protected]. Card no. is [protected]. I have registered a complain on their site but didn't get any response. Complain reference no. ATM[protected]. Kindly look into the matter as I have not received my money.
