Dear sir,
I am a resident of dhanbad and my wife was admitted in BGH now she is discharged after paying all bill which was given by BGH but no single lab report,
Diagnosis report given to me and even no bill details which is paid by me. For all details I have wondering room no 57, 64, 20, and medical record room from last Saturday till now I am not getting a single copy which was needed. And one more thing in the record room 1person seated named Mukesh... He is clearly said to the person I am seated here not for you. Just come after 2 or 3days I will find then will give you.

About doctor's behaviour in bokaro general hospital, bokaro

Today at 5:00 in the evening i took my wife at opd in room no.122, she is at her last stage of her pregnancy, but the doctor's behaviour was so rude, we were told that my wife will not get a bed and she have to lay on the ground and lot more just because we have not consulted in the earlier stage of pregnancy. But i have continuosly cosulting other doctor. This is unacceptable. Person with ths kind of mentality should not be in this noble profession.

I choose bgh because my first child was born here. Even that time i visited in the last stage and same day my wife was admitted.

Today (12.11.2016, at 10.30 p.m.) I went to the casualty department of BGH with my mother having stomach pain. The doctor present there behaved very rudely to my utter dissatisfaction. My mother remained seated on the ground but the doctor didn't even touch her showing his utmost insensitivity and indifference. He refused to admit her despite being an entitled patient. The behaviour and manner of the doctor was not according to the standards of the BGH. Though she was later given injection, but the experience was a complete dissatisfaction.

I feel pity on hospital and the doctors .They feel like the God whom no one can ask question .Even a 5000 darling guard or nurse can disgrace you with unruly behaviour .If you try to communicate in English they would respond like you trying to be smart, what a shame.You cannot ask questions from these doctors because he's the doctor supreme.Environment is not even talkable.Even railway station washroom would be more hygienic than bokaro general hospital.What dips all the time, no one cares, not even clean up. I feel shame to be in a state where people misuse their power so badly that a even normal people feel like this is normal.

It is really difficult to admit the fact that doctors still die for money. I am really disappointed with the service. Why are they called doctors? They don't deserve to be called. For them money is more than patient's life. Mind it that we are educated. If you can die for money we definitely can make severe changes. Now it is all upto the doctors. They want their jobs to be secure or should I consider that they have already eaten up so much money that they have bought their jobs ??

Bokaro general hospital is not provide the bill details to the customer and he is shifting the problem is other department 1 Not provide the Test report and xrey report he convey to the customer he Is online so that not provide to us for legal purpose 2 Not proper mentioned AM and PM in final bill and also collect the charge for provide the final bill

My Father is admit in BGH, Bokaro Steel City for Nephro disorders. Its very rare that the doctor concerned comes to see his miserable condition. My mother is crying for the doctors to attend him on urgent basis, but no one to hear her. Only dialysis is being done, that too only when my mother cries infront of the doctor. I have got to know that the doctor concerned gives attention only to those patients from whom he receives bribes.

Does this complaint matter?

If yes, it must be brought to the higher authorities of BGH that many amongst them are playing with lives of the patients, just for some 500 or 1000 rs and strict action be taken against them.

I don't want the doctors to do further ill-treatment to my father, so have not disclosed the details (name of doctor and patient), because they even do this.

Please, please, convey this to the higher authorities of the hospital, so that these doctors along with the nurses of nephro department who have enough time to do kitchen gossips than to attend crying patients, either be hammered or kicked out from the hospital.

Hope, this complaint is not a mere wastage of time and my father gets well.

With deep grievance and gratitude I want to share about negligency and ill treatment received from BOKARO GENERAL HOSPITAL, Sector- 4, B.S.City.

One of my Aunts is being admitted in Bokaro General Hospital, Sec 4 due to Fever and have been treated not satisfactorily at all. She has been admitted on Monday, 17th October 2011 and she has been under treatment for the next 5 days. The doctors who have been treating my Aunt are NOT knowing about the exact issue and the problem she is facing. The doctors and the staff nurse available during her treatment did not know how to go about the problem and the treatment.

I am feeling very much ashamed in telling that the treatment went wrong for my Aunt and she DIED on Sunday, 23rd October 2011. All this went due to the ill-treament being provided by the doctors and the nurses. My Aunt herself was a nurse in BGH and has served her life in treating patients during her tenure. Even though she was not being treated properly. Had it been like the experienced, proficient and well capable doctors treated her, she would not have died.

This is one of the many such incidents happening in BGH round the year. The doctors and the administration have started taking bribe for providing treatment to the patients. The facilites are te worst in BGH these days. Running such a Hospital in the city gains faith among the residents but when such hospital ruins the faith in itself; where shall the residents approach.

My earnest and humble request in this concern is that the management should take immediate and necessary disciplinary actions of avoiding the above stated incidents. The regulatory authority governing BGH should notice these unsatisfactory service.


I need an explanation for this as to why it happened which led to the death of a normal patient. These must be avoided in near future with other patients.
