Bombay Hospital — forcing to purchase medicines from hospital pharma

I, Arun Yadav, would like to bring to your immediate notice that my brother Chandan Yadav is admitted in the ICU of the above hospital. I was given a prescription which had medicine codes on it and when I requested that I wanted to buy them from outside as they are more affordable with aplicable discounts, I was told that the they could only be purchased from the hospital pharam.This was inspite of the notice which I've attached as an image which said that medicines can be purchased from outside. This is utterly shocking and unethical as we consumers have the right to purchase medicines from outside...

Bombay Hospital — nursing staff at icu ward

Dr r good but nursing satff r very bad they threaterd the patient at over night in icu ward as they kniw family person can enter and as we caught them harssing they said u do waht ever u want u want to complain u do we r not scare off...
They r every time forcing us to keep private nurse at night which they charge 1100 per night and bed charge is 6700 per day it became so hard
What icu means per bed one nurse will alot to take care still they had forced and treated very bad with patient... Pls take action again it... I am awaiting for help...

Its been 3 week since my mother has been discharged from the hospital. Every attempt to ask for a refund of my excess money has been answered with polite words like amount will be credited in 3 - 4 days. The communications with the account department is just pathetic or deliberate.

I would suggest, like you do with every patient with signing of all the important document before admission,...

Bombay Hospital — surcharge refund

I was treated for thyroidectomy on 31 may 2019 and it was covered under cashless insurance claim from star health insurance. Bill number 85005906 component that included surcharge of inr 24, 726 and others with a total of inr 38, 414 had to be borne by me as this was not covered under cashless claim. Request for a refund of the surcharge amount as this was deemed illegal by the district consumer disputes redress forum on 9 june 2019 in reference to the complaint filed by ms kedia.

Bombay Hospital — 20% surcharges on cashless claim

As per the cashless approval, self was treated in Bombay Hospital for 3 days. CLAIM NO CN2576233

During the discharge, hospital has claimed 20% surcharge on services which is deducted by PHS.

Such high charges were levied in network hospital is not acceptable.
Also it was not informed during admissions.
The services are given by hospitals should include in room rent so that we can take the services as per our limits or insured amount.

Charging such high amount on the name of Surcharge is showing the wrong interest of Hospital and Insurance...

Bombay Hospital — preventive health check up, stress test machine always out of order

This is to inform you that i have done preventive health check up since last two years, and i have very bad experience regarding stress test. When last year i have done check up on 26.05.2019 i have been told that stress test is not possible as machine is out of order since last 3 days and insist 2decho. Today also i have been told that stress test machine is out of order since last 4 days. Such a big hospital and machine is not working since last 4 days???. Every time bombay hospital force to do 2decho instead of stress test. Kindly look into the matter and inform me....

Bombay Hospital — unethical behaviour.. no response. from. staff..

This is manoj patle, room no. 1037,
So much irresponsibility by nurses, and unethical behaviour,.. Last two days i am getting without ordering, also they said "yaha yesa hi hota he".

Also doctor did surgical operation was good, and staff of hospital, their responsibiltiy forgot the same. Not bath, not brush, not bed change not medicine during change, not room service etc...

Pls dont do with patient as they provide your business..

Bombay Hospital — regarding theft by hospital staff nurse and staff workers

My dad was admitted due to urinal tract infection and paravalvular leak. His haemoglobin was less and therefore we were required to transfuse blood for which the nurse intended two leucocyte blood filters which cost 3400 per unit.. But after purchasing the same it was found dads condition was stable and currently there is no requirement of blood tranfusion. And the purchased leucocyte filter was under their custody. As days passed by, dads haemoglobin level went down and doctor advised for blood transfusion. Soon the nurse contacted me and again asked to...

I am sharing a semi private room in the bombay hospital room no 1030. There are three people in the room with the patient. They are washing clothes inside the bathroom. My patient was with an emergency to go the washroom i have to take him outside the room. Please look into this matter. This has caused us a lot of mental tension inspite we are giving full amount....

Bombay Hospital — surcharge levied by bombay hospital

My father was admitted to bombay hospital and to my surprise the hospital has levied a surcharge of rs. 72, 922.

I have disputed this charge with the accounts and the only explanation they gave me was by handing over a certificate which does not mention anything substantial!

Could some please guide me how i can go about complaining this malpractice of the hospital and get my surcharge refunded.

Today (09/11/2018) my relative went for take a treatment in bombay hospital (Mumbai) bcoz of chest pain but we have received bad experience from hospital staff. They are not giving proper response to patient also using rude language. If patients are called to dr. As a "god" then where is the "god" word in bombay hospital staff. I think your staff is not competent for this word. Hospital is not giving free service to patients then why hospital staff is doing drama? If hospital doesn't have patients value then keep one board in front of hospital that you are not giving good services at least public...

Bombay Hospital — no care of patient and no proper status given regarding claim

I am in a deep pain to mention that there is no proper care of patient specially regarding new born babies.. We suffered alot to just pass a clashless claim just because no reports were given to us.. What is fault of patient now?
Attendent rome here & there and no support was given..
This type of services and facility is not like of renowned hospital..
I will not recommend anyone to go to bombay hospital.. Pathetic is the word which i could say..

Bombay Hospital — unacceptable service from staff in night.

My wife has being admitted at bombay hospital (Marine lines) on 17th may, 2018 - bed 1062 (New spl ii)
1st day at time of entering the room we had told the staff to clean the room as it was in a very bad condition, which was not done.
2nd day we have shifted it to 1077 single bed, as my wife could not get up from bed she was advised to use the vessel for latrine. Around at 10:45 pm she had pressed the bell to call the staff for help but in spite of repeated reminders no one has attended her and the reason given for this was the staff shift was changing so they were changing clothes....

Dear deligates,
As i know, house keeping and cleanliness is the basic requirement in hospital, it should not be differ in genral, semi private or private.in genral ward, house keeping is in worst condition and rare hospitality is very irresponsible agency as i know. Auto janitors dispensor not working, air freshner not working. Boss condition are pathetic or hell. This agency is just destroying your name in indore. For sure i will never suggest to anyone to come to this hospital...

My wife was hospitalized on 3rd march 2018 and discharged on 4th march 2018. Hospital charged 20% surcharge on bill which was not intimated to us during admission.
Are 20% surcharge justifiable?
The hospital bill was covered under medi-claim but surcharge was not paid by insurance company.

Its like some hotels are charging service charges on bill and which are illegal as per government....

The worst service of bombay hospital indore, the cmo he him self dose not no what the procedure for appointment is. I am a patient having fractures in my ribs so for that i went to bombay hospital indore for appointment and the cmo said no need to take appointment the doctor will be available between 11am to 2 pm you can come anytym and the next day when i reached hospital at 11:30am the registration desk people said the appointments are full as the registration started from morning 8am and now the doctor won’t be available till monday.
How can such an reputed hospital be so much irresponsible...

Doctors kept patient post transplant in to icu with other ppl they know post transplant ppl having very low immunity then they shifted to ward...in ward when my mother feel dull i have asked for help in night no senior dr was there and they give sodium just assume that it may be because of low sodium. Second day when dr came and after mri they told it's brain stroke. This situation is in night they why they are waiting for doctor till morning.in urgent case some ones life will wait for your doctor to come hospital. Dr bharani don't know even how to talk with ppl. It was my biggest mistake to choose...

Bombay Hospital — worst management and rude behavior of staff

I m very disappointed.
This is worst service i have experienced.
The management is worse than any other muncipal hospital of any village.
Nurses are not giving medicines on time, ward boy including nurses is very rude and giving lame execuses that today is sunday, you will not get cloths and bed sheet.
They dont care about patients and treat you as if they are doing some favour on us. My dad was to be operated for fistula on 4th nov 17 around 2pm.

After repeated requests they took him to ot around 3.30pm.
Was made to wait around 1 hr outside ot without...
