I am sharing a semi private room in the bombay hospital room no 1030. There are three people in the room with the patient. They are washing clothes inside the bathroom. My patient was with an emergency to go the washroom i have to take him outside the room. Please look into this matter. This has caused us a lot of mental tension inspite we are giving full amount....

Bombay Hospital — surcharge levied by bombay hospital

My father was admitted to bombay hospital and to my surprise the hospital has levied a surcharge of rs. 72, 922.

I have disputed this charge with the accounts and the only explanation they gave me was by handing over a certificate which does not mention anything substantial!

Could some please guide me how i can go about complaining this malpractice of the hospital and get my surcharge refunded.

Today (09/11/2018) my relative went for take a treatment in bombay hospital (Mumbai) bcoz of chest pain but we have received bad experience from hospital staff. They are not giving proper response to patient also using rude language. If patients are called to dr. As a "god" then where is the "god" word in bombay hospital staff. I think your staff is not competent for this word. Hospital is not giving free service to patients then why hospital staff is doing drama? If hospital doesn't have patients value then keep one board in front of hospital that you are not giving good services at least public...

The dr manish jain which is my dr... I admit for last 3 days... And so bar nai dr manish jain nai aaye de ne ko... If happening done by me... Total response for manish jain bombay hospital management.. There is not good behaviour for dr manish jain

Bombay Hospital — no care of patient and no proper status given regarding claim

I am in a deep pain to mention that there is no proper care of patient specially regarding new born babies.. We suffered alot to just pass a clashless claim just because no reports were given to us.. What is fault of patient now?
Attendent rome here & there and no support was given..
This type of services and facility is not like of renowned hospital..
I will not recommend anyone to go to bombay hospital.. Pathetic is the word which i could say..

Bombay Hospital — unacceptable service from staff in night.

My wife has being admitted at bombay hospital (Marine lines) on 17th may, 2018 - bed 1062 (New spl ii)
1st day at time of entering the room we had told the staff to clean the room as it was in a very bad condition, which was not done.
2nd day we have shifted it to 1077 single bed, as my wife could not get up from bed she was advised to use the vessel for latrine. Around at 10:45 pm she had pressed the bell to call the staff for help but in spite of repeated reminders no one has attended her and the reason given for this was the staff shift was changing so they were changing clothes....

Dear deligates,
As i know, house keeping and cleanliness is the basic requirement in hospital, it should not be differ in genral, semi private or private.in genral ward, house keeping is in worst condition and rare hospitality is very irresponsible agency as i know. Auto janitors dispensor not working, air freshner not working. Boss condition are pathetic or hell. This agency is just destroying your name in indore. For sure i will never suggest to anyone to come to this hospital...

Bombay Hospital — charged surcharge @ 20%

My wife was hospitalized on 3rd march 2018 and discharged on 4th march 2018. Hospital charged 20% surcharge on bill which was not intimated to us during admission.
Are 20% surcharge justifiable?
The hospital bill was covered under medi-claim but surcharge was not paid by insurance company.

Its like some hotels are charging service charges on bill and which are illegal as per government....

The worst service of bombay hospital indore, the cmo he him self dose not no what the procedure for appointment is. I am a patient having fractures in my ribs so for that i went to bombay hospital indore for appointment and the cmo said no need to take appointment the doctor will be available between 11am to 2 pm you can come anytym and the next day when i reached hospital at 11:30am the registration desk people said the appointments are full as the registration started from morning 8am and now the doctor won’t be available till monday.
How can such an reputed hospital be so much irresponsible...

Doctors kept patient post transplant in to icu with other ppl they know post transplant ppl having very low immunity then they shifted to ward...in ward when my mother feel dull i have asked for help in night no senior dr was there and they give sodium just assume that it may be because of low sodium. Second day when dr came and after mri they told it's brain stroke. This situation is in night they why they are waiting for doctor till morning.in urgent case some ones life will wait for your doctor to come hospital. Dr bharani don't know even how to talk with ppl. It was my biggest mistake to choose...

I m very disappointed.
This is worst service i have experienced.
The management is worse than any other muncipal hospital of any village.
Nurses are not giving medicines on time, ward boy including nurses is very rude and giving lame execuses that today is sunday, you will not get cloths and bed sheet.
They dont care about patients and treat you as if they are doing some favour on us. My dad was to be operated for fistula on 4th nov 17 around 2pm.

After repeated requests they took him to ot around 3.30pm.
Was made to wait around 1 hr outside ot without...

Sir, i was admitted in bombay hospital as i was suffering from chickengunia, malaria and some other diseases but due to overdose of high tablets now i am suffering from a chronic allergy.in the past days i am calling the doctor and has visited the hospital many times, but no one is serious about this thing. I request you to take a serious action on such a big problem so that it cannot be repeated....

I a mbbs doctor by profession was admitted in bombay hospital in june 2017. I was advised to get an eeg done and holters done. Firstly the staff people there tell your relatives to handle the patient to take the trolly themselves and they will just accompany for show. I was admitted in delux after that when i got the eeg i was aghast to see in my history that i have heart failure with renal failure but i am a normal 24 yr old doctor fit and fine eeg was just to confirm diagnosis. Me being a doctor understood but what a lay man will do the seniors will give treatment according to the report only....

I m very disappoint state to state that
This is worst service i hv been provided in my life.
The management is worse than any other muncipal hospital of any village.
Nurses are not giving medicines on time, ward boy including nurses is very rude and giving lame execuses that today is sunday, you will not get cloths and bed sheet.
Some check marked that medicines given but they hv not given any medicine in the morning on 17/09/17.
I hv mysef by saying 5-6 times taken medicines.

Pls take strict action against all nurses and ward staff...

I had shown to Dr Akhilesh Sharma for hearing and throat problem. He asked to get admit in Mumbai Hospital. So as per his suggestion we admitted him and disease called skull base oseteomylitis was diagnosed after 4 days tests..
He discharged us on 14th July and asked him to show after one month and prescribed medicines for one month.. After 3 weeks I had problem with eye so went to nearby eye specialist.. He told us to check with neurosurgeon as problem in eye is due to brain problem.. So we contacted Dr Akhilesh Sharma he said he has got nothing to do now and we came show to neurosurgeon...

Bombay Hospital — Security Deposit of Rs 5000 not yet received more, more than 1 year passed

Hernia Operation was done on May 18, 2016 but the hospital has not yet refunded as promised amount of Rs 5000 (Five Thousand)
The hospital phone is mostly unanswered and the marketing department says amount will be processed and SMS will be received about details, but we have not yet received the said amount.
The said operation was done through healthcare insurance (cashless facility)
Initially after period of 6 months, when I followed up with Bombay Hospital for the security deposit refund, they told me they are yet to receive the money from the insurance company.

Bombay Hospital — Not getting refund of security deposit amount of rs 10000

Patient id 1624028 name pronoto saha not getting security deposit of 10000 as negligence on their part for submitting claim to tpa. Operation done on 08/12/16 and till date they are unable to answer question raised by tpa. If it is their fault in submitting required document to tpa why my security amount will be held for so long? What is the fault on my part?
Please answer my question as soon as possible....

I suganchandra jain, i. P. No.3955256 was admitted in bombay hospital indore on 21 may 2017 - bed no.1064-dr. Name-vivek jha. On doctor's advise, his assistant staff / doctor did the procedure for putting urinary catheter. I got lot of bleeding during this procedure and i was totally dis-satisfied with the procedure performed. I mentioned to dr. Vivek jha, who satisfied me with the answer that some time it happens, like this. Not getting satisfied with the answer of dr. Vivek jha, i covered this point in my suggestions / feedback given to the hospital at the time of my discharge from the hospital...

Bombay Hospital — Complaints about the billing

Like to inform you that, my wife Ranjana Gilda admitted in Bombay Hospital, on 27 th under the supervision of Dr Turel on 10 th floors - Bed no 1070. She operated for the Cerebellar hernia.on 28 th in NSOT, patient transferred to NSOT area 8.30 Hrs & actual OT started at 9.15 hrs, completed by 13.15 hrs, after that stictches done till 14.15. & then ask him to wait one hrs. it means actual OT used for 5 hrs & billed charged for 7 hrs,
There is no prize list for the charges for all the tests are going to carried out in hospital. Doctor charges are also very high, & for the anthologist charges...
