Bokaro Steel Plant — Bathroom Water not going out and coming inside room

I am staying in Sector 3 A / 547 and bathroom water is not flushing out . Bathroom water is overflowing inside room which is making difficult for daily activity . Please fix the same on priority to avoid any spread of disease .
