Large no of quarters is being occupied by public in all sectors by outsiders. This is causing huge loss to company's profit. Water supply and electricity bill is being fully enjoyed by outsiders. Management knows this but no taking actions.it is wonder to know that how such huge expenditure is being managed by Management of steel plant. There is need to look at, because it is causing huge loss to government profit. Being a government employee it is harsh to digest such huge loss being done to government profit. So there is need to take immediate action in order to safe guard the government organization SAIL BOKARO .

I witnessed hooking/power theft by 03 unknown persons from the nearby unauthorised encroachments, from the lamp post/electricity pole supplying power to the block building comprising Qr. no.[protected], Sec. 12/B, Bokaro Steel City. Jharkhand. 827012 at 04:30 PM on 13 Oct., 2022. There are multiple hookings from the lamp post/electricity pole in question which I suddenly happened to find at 04:30 PM on 13 Oct., 2022. BSL TA (township) employees could also be involved. The hookings in question must be removed & the power theft be stopped at once! Kindly do the needful.

Sec 12 D building from quater number 1097 to 1114 have got huge cracks on the stairs and exterior walls are falling everyday in bits and peices. Need some immediate attention.

It is to bring to your notice that I am suffering the problem of acute water shortage for last 3 years. Water supply has been extremely poor on day to day basis making our lives miserable. .. Before it I was complaining in Maintenance Building behind our block But it is very poor dribble that we get from the tap

I therefore, on behalf o[censored]s request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps to restore proper supply of water on regular basis.

We have been facing electricity issue since ages. No one takes care of it properly. If there is shortage of coal that is not citizen's problem. Bokaro Steel Plant is not working at all to solve the electricity issue. Please take this issue ahead and escalate. In a day at least five or six times the electricity goes. No one is concerned about it at all. Please look into it. We are paying electricity bills so much for this???

The walls of building from bathroom side has totally damaged . there are cracks and plaster has shed off . In between the cracks plants has also grown up which is making the wall more damaged . During rain the walls starts leaking very badly . The cracks are making the building weak . kindly repair it .

The drainage pipe present on the upper wall of kitchen and bathroom is leaking very badly . it get worse during water supply .

Kitchen and latring roof leakage problem from last 3 year .

Roof sepage damaging my goods.please remove the water tank because sepage is due to water tank on the roof.

Sir, I am from quater no-3143 sector-8/d new, bokaro .There is huge problem of seepage of the rooftop water tank, because of this block walls, our room walls are also gets damaged.There has already been a complain about this but nobody took an action.Its a humble request you to solve this issue as soon as possible.

The roof is falling slowly that can cause severe casualties, additional to this, none of the street lights work due toh which theft cases are on the rise in nearby residences. Please look into these matters ASAP.

I don't know why you people are not responding to our single msgs.
I have already complaint about this matter several time.. But no action being takenn.
I don't know what you people are paid for..??

लगातार बारिश के वजह से quarter की स्थिति बदतर होती जा रहीं है.. हर शाम कुछ ना कुछ घटनाएँ होती रहती है कभी पास वाले ब्लॉक का छत टूट जाता है तो कभी किसी की balcony गिर जाती है.
आप से हमारी यही अनुरोध है कि इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द निवारण करे.

The water tank is not in the condition that it can be used anymore. It s a humble request if you send the authorized person to look after this problem.

The door of the walls got damaged due to rain and was in a very poor condition. Its very urgent to resolve this problem please help to look after this.

There is water logging problem outside my house due to continuous heavy rain. There is a chance of water coming inside my house. Please accept my request and do something.

Problem which we are facing is that our stair case has been totally damaged. It is very risky to walk there because it can fall anytime. Small kids play at evening it is also risky for them. It's an humble request to please kindly look into this matter. Sector 1/C Block no.[protected]. The quarters which are getting highly affected is 1169, 1167, 1168, 1175. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
