Bokaro Steel Plant — Water seepage in Bathroom, and Door of Bathroom and latrine room both are damaged

My self Jogendar gope, my Add- sec-12/E, Q.no-1128. Staff no.- 762816
I am suffering from some problems that is:-
1. Water seepage in Bathroom since
from 20days.
2. Door of Bathroom and latrine room
both are damaged since from 3 years.
So, please look this complaint seriously.
