Bombay Dyeing — complaint regarding my paradiso mattress. | |||
I had purchased a paradiso mattress of 78*72*5.5" dimensions worth rs.19, 097 from gayatree showroom, mani sahu chakk here in cuttack, odisha on 9th december 2014 but within 2months the mattress started to compress unevenly from every where and became uncomfortable even lay down... Since then we had been constantly trying to ask the shop owner to change the mattress as it was a defective piece. But despite it being in the 60 month warranty period neither have they sent anyone to check or to exchange the mattress till date i. E almost 2years. He is purposefully trying to avoid us till the warranty period expires for the mattress which is 60months. Such level of callousness is intolerable for such a trusted brand as bombay dyeing.
