    I have receive bombay deying bedsheet from grofferes, but the product quality is verybad, they had supply us local product in the name of bombay deying and also there are some cuts on the bedsheet damage and also stitching is also very bad quality and bedsheet material is third class.This is the order no ORD[protected], compalin many times but no resolution from grofferes, pls look into the matter otherwise I going to upload images and going to comment in your website.       We had purchased two king size bedsheet from metro cash & carry on the pretext of 100%cotton, the price was taken as such.
      However got really disappointed that you have supplied a pure synthetic bedsheet at the price of cotton. This amount to cheating on behalf of customers.. And does not behove the quality fr which bombay dyeing is famous for.
      Request fr immediate replacement of both the bedsheet. One is open while the other one is not open..
      Kindly help to save ur brand image

      I bought mattress of single bed 6x 4 size 5" with 5 year warranty 1.3 year back but it's started saging in middle. I bought it from MALIK FOAM HOUSE, village shahberi, greater noida. Please guide how I can avail waranty
      The dimensions of the bedsheet are not uniform and hence the appearance of the bedsheet is not at all satisfactory.

        Towels from bombay dyeing on combo offer were purchased from myntra during the sales period 2018 end.
        Every use of the towel leaves lint all over the body so that it becomes necessary to wash/bathe again to get rid of them. Application of creams or oil following bath becomes impossible due to the loose shreds of threads left on the skin.
        This is totally unacceptable.

          I had order a customized bedsheet through a website of Bombay Dyeing.It was a prepaid order.However, It’s being approximately two months haven’t heard anything for my order(CD-1528).I had tried calling and mailing the customer care executives as well nobody answered my call and responded my queries.If you can't deliver it then kindly process my refund.

              I placed online customized bed sheet order on 14 july 2018, i received an email from bombay dyeing confirming the same. On 16 july 2018 i received design approval email from them and the confirmed that the product wil be delivered with 30 days.

              Since 16th august 2018 i m sending emails, calling at the call center but not a single response i have got from them. On a daily basis i m calling up their call center but there is no response.

                  Hello,
                  I have placed my order on 30th of May, 2018 for a customised bef sheet but till date have not received it. Your customer care support is just not doing the work properly, they gave me dates one upon other by which i will be receiving my product but alas nothing happened. The latest i was told that my product will be dispatched by 3rd August, 2018 which is again not the case. Now, the scenario is no one is picking up the call and there is no reply to the mails sent. Such a big brand but such disgusting service. How long will I have to wait for my product? All this seems like a scam.

                          Placed an order for customized bed sheets cd-1246 on June 8th paid through net banking. In site it is mentioned as within 30 days order will be delivered.

                          No updates from the company till day. Tried calling many times in the provided contact number in Bombay Dyeing site but no one will respond tried calling n number of times.
                          Not knowing how to approach this people regarding the order status.

                          Big brand but poor service and poor customer care. Fed up.

                                  I have brought many bed sheets from bombay dyeing. One particular bed sheet and the pillow covers are giving away colour. I showed it to bombay dyeing showroom after 6 months of my purchase. They acknowledged the problem but are insisting on the bill for even deciding on the next course of action. I regularly buy clothes / blankets from established brands and whenever there is a problem they replace without asking any question.in most of the cases on giving my phone number they are able to find out the purchase date from their system.

                                  Bd has outdated systems where the purchase history of the customer is not maintained.in today's day and age who preserves a bill for six months. I don't think after this experience i will ever buy a bd product. I will recommend my friends and family as well to refrain from buying bd products.

                                  I purchased this bed sheet from India and left for Canada. I can’t even think of a reputed company like Bombay dyeing can go so ignorant in quality control or assurance. Anyhow I don’t expect much as I am overseas now. I don’t have time in life the reason I choosed a reliable brand but i never knew it wasn’t reliable!

                                    On 23.11.2017 i went to manasa bombay dying at doorno.10-1-18 puskar ghat, rajahmundry and purchased the following items
                                    1, three lungees
                                    2. Two bed sheets
                                    3. Two nighties
                                    On 23.112017 after return to home i found that they have mixed one complete damaged lungee. On the night itself i reported to the shop website, but they are not given any response. On 25.11.2017 i went to the shop and asked how the damaged lungee is mixed and kept for sale. The shop owner replies adamently that it is common to mix like that and it is not their duty to verify the stocksfor them and asked to exchange the piece only but not agreed to pay back the money for the damaged piece besides agreeing as it is damaged. I fed up with his adamant reply and returned one more lungee and purchased nighties. Further he collected back again the cstand gst for the returned goods also from my pocket. I felt ashamed on opening the damaged lungee in presence of our relatives. I have paid much strain and spent two days my valuable time to exchagn.

                                    Further as regards the bed sheet they sold the trident limited products instead of bombay dying products and mentioned the mrpas rs. 1499/- and sold the same for rs. 750/ only. It is very surprised to note what is lacuna for selling them to such lowest rate. What is the original price. Is it possible in a show room such a low rate. Further i am beyond doubt whether it may be another cheap product which does not worth even 350/- itself. Necessary action may kindly taken in this issue

                                      I have ordered online customized bedsheet with pre payment and now from bombay dyeing they sent mail that image is not satisfactory so I request for refund but there was no response from bombay dyeing. So again I updated image but for that also no response came from bombay dying company.

                                        I bought 3 bombay dyeing mattress approximately 1.5 years ago and was given a warranty for 5 years but just after few months they started sagging. Specially one out of three simply flattened. I made a complaint to the retailer and they made us contact with a company 'person'...
                                        After few lagging finally that matress was replaced (Though it looks - repaired-.. And its not been a year since. The same mattress has sagged again becoming even more flattened this time. I am eeally upset with the quality of the product as i believed in the brand name earlier.. Now its time to test their customer service..
