Bombay Dyeing — Quality issue and duplicate product

I have receive bombay deying bedsheet from grofferes, but the product quality is verybad, they had supply us local product in the name of bombay deying and also there are some cuts on the bedsheet damage and also stitching is also very bad quality and bedsheet material is third class.This is the order no ORD[protected], compalin many times but no resolution from grofferes, pls look into the matter otherwise I going to upload images and going to comment in your website.
