I ordered a recycled flannel shirt from bombay trooper on 22nd june and i recieved it on 25th june. But the size of the shirt was not suitable for me so i requested for an exchange with a bigger size, but 3 of my mails weren't delivered to them and one of them did. So i recieved a mail from them saying that a ticket has been raised on regard of my exchange on 25th june. And it has been 10 days since now and i still haven't got any updates from the team. I tried their phone number but it's not working, i tried their live chat but i got no response, at last i am submitting a complain here. So i have purchased it around at least 15 days ago, what if the return or exchange policy is not available on my order now becasue of the delay and negligience on their side, what am i going to do then. I am not asking for refund, product is really good, i just want a different size. Help me.
