I ordered a recycled flannel shirt from bombay trooper on 22nd june and i recieved it on 25th june. But the size of the shirt was not suitable for me so i requested for an exchange with a bigger size, but 3 of my mails weren't delivered to them and one of them did. So i recieved a mail from them saying that a ticket has been raised on regard of my exchange on 25th june. And it has been 10 days since now and i still haven't got any updates...
