I have bought 3 bonzo solitaire cards. The company promises to book hotels against these cards on a prior notice of 10-15 days. However, several times i have tried booking hotels even 2 months in advance, but the company denies booking stating they don't have empty slots (Wonder what it means).
I believe the company have defrauded me of rs. 75000 on the pretext of providing a flexible hotel booking plan. Was this information helpful? |
