We paid the amount of 34000 to bonzo travels one year before and then we called them for hotel booking but they we not receiving the toll fee number / not replying to any mail, regarding booking, so we want to complaint against this company for doing fraud and they have done this with many other people in rajkot city so please help regarding this thiing...

I have bought 3 bonzo solitaire cards. The company promises to book hotels against these cards on a prior notice of 10-15 days. However, several times i have tried booking hotels even 2 months in advance, but the company denies booking stating they don't have empty slots (Wonder what it means).

I believe the company have defrauded me of rs. 75000 on the pretext of providing a flexible hotel booking plan....
