Boodmo — No product and No refund

Purchased product online in Jan 2023. Product was shipped as per Boodmo tracking but never arrived. To this date the tracking shows up in the shipped status. Customer care is unable to find the item and has issues with thie courier partner but they refuse to refund my amount even after delaying delivery by more than a month now.
a month long regular correspondence with the support team has yielded no result.
