I've ordered some vehicle spare parts from boodmo app and the transaction done by online. I've ordered total of 6 products and received 4 products already on the delivery date. And that parts were very small in size. But the other 2 parts weren't delivered till date I've already contacted to the boodmo customer service team and no customer favourable response from their side. And they not even ready to give the courier service team's contact details.
They said that, the courier team contact me and I didn't pick up the call.. but they not even contact me till date and not even get a single message from their side. The same time in the app, it shows that the order is cancelled and also shown that the delivery date is 24th October..
Actually the delivery date was 11th October and after my complaint the delivery date is extending day by day.
My order id is : IDSO/807/[protected]-1863
Now it shows that the order is returned.. I'm totally confused and I need the order delivered and compensation for the delay and cheating
